Important Information

Travel is charged at $1 p/km.

Admin fee: A non-refundable inclusive admin fee of $30 is required on all bookings within 7 days to secure the booking and the balance paid within 30 days or immediately if event is within 30 days.

Postponement: The admin booking fee can be transferred to a new postponement date.

Cancellations: Within 2 weeks to 7 days of the event may incur a fee of 20% to 50% of the booking price respectively. 

No Show: In the unlikely event of a 'No Show' where a customer does not show for their booking, the full amount of the booking price may be forfeited.

Outdoor events: weather cover such as a gazebo maybe required, please supply a table. Where practical please have in place a Wet Weather plan.

Crowd Control: please rope off the face painting area, this helps stop the face painter from being crowded in and having to take time from face painting to manage the line. For high number events a 2nd Face Painter may be required and possibly a Line Manager, we can supply a Line Manager as part of the crew at extra cost, please discuss. 

By agreement an Event Photographer may be present to take photos of the face painting or other service, photographs taken may be used for promotional purposes on our socials and websites and remain the property of FacepaintingFX.

 As a Make up Artist, Event Face Painting & Children's Birthday Party business, all products are of professional cosmetic grade and although Face Paint is a cosmetic product, manufacturers recommend not to apply product to children under 3 years. 

Product may be applied at the request of the parent.

FacepaintingFX takes no responsibility for and is indemnified against any allergic reactions.

Anyone that appears unwell, has a cough, runny nose or mucus will not be painted due to Health & Safety.

 We ask that parents take the initiative and clean children's faces before being painted.
